The Ark
1 And Bezaleel made the ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half was the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it:
Kisha Bezaleli akalifanya lile sanduku la mti wa mshita, urefu wake ulikuwa dhiraa mbili na nusu, na upana wake ulikuwa dhiraa moja na nusu, na kwenda juu kwake kulikuwa ni dhiraa moja na nusu;
2 and he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, and made a crown of gold to it round about.
akalifunika dhahabu safi, ndani na nje, akafanya na ukingo wa dhahabu kulizunguka pande zote.
3 And he cast for it four rings of gold, to be set by the four corners of it; even two rings upon the one side of it, and two rings upon the other side of it.
Naye akasubu pete nne za dhahabu kwa ajili yake, katika miguu yake minne; pete mbili upande wake mmoja na pete mbili upande wake wa pili.
4 And he made staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Akafanya na miti ya kulichukulia, ya mti wa mshita akaifunika dhahabu.
5 And he put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.
Naye akaitia hiyo miti katika zile pete zilizokuwa ubavuni mwa sanduku, ili kulichukua hilo sanduku.
6 And he made the mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half was the length thereof, and one cubit and a half the breadth thereof.
Kisha akafanya kiti cha rehema cha dhahabu safi; urefu wake ulikuwa dhiraa mbili na nusu na upana wake ulikuwa dhiraa moja na nusu.
7 And he made two cherubims of gold, beaten out of one piece made he them, on the two ends of the mercy seat;
Kisha akafanya makerubi mawili ya dhahabu; akayafanya ya kazi ya kufua, yawe katika miisho miwili ya kiti cha rehema;
8 one cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the other end on that side: out of the mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.
kerubi moja mwisho huu, na kerubi moja mwisho huu; alifanya hayo makerubi mawili ya kitu kimoja na hicho kiti cha rehema katika miisho yake miwili.
9 And the cherubims spread out their wings on high, and covered with their wings over the mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward were the faces of the cherubims.
Na hayo makerubi yakayanyosha mabawa yao juu, na kukifunika hicho kiti cha rehema kwa mabawa yao, na nyuso zao zilikuwa zaelekeana hili na hili; nyuso za hayo makerubi zilikuwa zikielekea kiti cha rehema.
10 And he made the table of shittim wood: two cubits was the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof:
Kisha akafanya hiyo meza ya mti wa mshita; urefu wake ulikuwa ni dhiraa mbili, na upana wake ulikuwa ni dhiraa moja, na kwenda juu kwake kulikuwa ni dhiraa moja na nusu;
11 and he overlaid it with pure gold, and made thereunto a crown of gold round about.
naye akaifunika dhahabu safi, akaifanyia ukingo wa dhahabu kuizunguka pande zote.
12 Also he made thereunto a border of an handbreadth round about; and made a crown of gold for the border thereof round about.
Kisha akaifanyia upapi wa upana wa shibiri kuizunguka pande zote, akauzungushia ukingo wa urembo wa dhahabu ule upapi.
13 And he cast for it four rings of gold, and put the rings upon the four corners that were in the four feet thereof.
Naye akasubu vikuku vinne vya dhahabu kwa ajili yake, akavitia vile vikuku katika pembe nne, katika miguu yake minne.
14 Over against the border were the rings, the places for the staves to bear the table.
Vile vikuku vilikuwa karibu na ule upapi, ili viwe mahali pa kutilia ile miti, ya kuichukulia meza.
15 And he made the staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold, to bear the table.
Naye akaifanya hiyo miti ya kuichukulia, ya mti wa mshita, akaifunika dhahabu, ili kuichukua hiyo meza.
16 And he made the vessels which were upon the table, his dishes, and his spoons, and his bowls, and his covers to cover withal, of pure gold.
Kisha, vile vyombo vilivyokuwa juu ya meza, sahani zake, na miiko yake, na bakuli zake, na makopo yake ya kumiminia, akavifanya vya dhahabu safi.
17 And he made the candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work made he the candlestick; his shaft, and his branch, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, were of the same:
Kisha akakifanya kile kinara cha taa cha dhahabu safi, akakifanya kile kinara cha taa cha kazi ya kufua, tako lake, na mti wake; vikombe vyake, na matovu yake, na maua yake, vyote vilikuwa vya kitu kimoja nacho,
18 and six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof:
nacho kilikuwa na matawi sita yaliyotoka ubavuni mwake; matawi matatu ya kinara yalikuwa upande huu, na matawi matatu ya kinara yalikuwa upande huu;
19 three bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: so throughout the six branches going out of the candlestick.
vikombe vitatu, vilivyofanywa mfano wa maua ya mlozi vilikuwa katika tawi moja, tovu na ua; na vikombe vitatu, vilivyofanywa mfano wa maua ya mlozi, katika tawi la pili, tovu na ua; yalikuwa ni vivyo hivyo yale matawi sita yaliyokuwa katika hicho kinara.
20 And in the candlestick were four bowls made like almonds, his knops, and his flowers:
Katika kinara mlikuwa na vikombe vinne, vilivyofanywa mfano wa maua ya mlozi, matovu yake na maua yake;
21 and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches going out of it.
kisha chini ya matawi mawili mlikuwa na tovu iliyokuwa ya kitu kimoja nacho, na chini ya matawi mawili mengine mlikuwa na tovu ya kitu kimoja nacho, tena chini ya matawi mawili hayo mengine mlikuwa na tovu ya kitu kimoja nacho; kwa ajili ya hayo matawi sita, yaliyotokana nacho.
22 Their knops and their branches were of the same: all of it was one beaten work of pure gold.
Hayo matovu yake na matawi yake yalikuwa ya kitu kimoja nacho; kinara hicho kizima chote pia ni kazi moja ya kufua ya dhahabu safi.
23 And he made his seven lamps, and his snuffers, and his snuffdishes, of pure gold.
Kisha akafanya taa zake saba, na makoleo yake, na visahani vyake, vya dhahabu safi.
24 Of a talent of pure gold made he it, and all the vessels thereof.
Akakifanya cha talanta moja ya dhahabu safi, pamoja na vyombo vyake vyote.
The Altars
25 And he made the incense altar of shittim wood: the length of it was a cubit, and the breadth of it a cubit; it was foursquare; and two cubits was the height of it; the horns thereof were of the same.
Kisha akafanya hiyo madhabahu ya kufukizia uvumba ya mti wa mshita; urefu wake ulikuwa ni dhiraa moja, na upana wake ulikuwa ni dhiraa moja, ilikuwa mraba; na kwenda juu kwake kulikuwa ni dhiraa mbili; na pembe zake zilikuwa za kitu kimoja nayo.
26 And he overlaid it with pure gold, both the top of it, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns of it: also he made unto it a crown of gold round about.
Naye akaifunika dhahabu safi, upande wa juu, na mbavu zake pande zote, na hizo pembe zake; akaifanyia na ukingo wa dhahabu kuizunguka pande zote.
27 And he made two rings of gold for it under the crown thereof, by the two corners of it, upon the two sides thereof, to be places for the staves to bear it withal.
Naye akaifanyia vikuku viwili vya dhahabu na kuvitia chini ya ukingo wake, katika mbavu zake mbili, katika pande zake mbili, viwe ni mahali pa hiyo miti ya kuichukulia.
28 And he made the staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Kisha akafanya hiyo miti kwa mti wa mshita, na kuifunika dhahabu.
29 And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of sweet spices, according to the work of the apothecary.
Kisha akayafanya hayo mafuta matakatifu ya kutiwa, na ule uvumba safi wa viungo vya manukato vizuri, kwa kuandama kazi ya mtengezaji manukato.
